Title II terms are NET 30 from registration date. You will not receive an invoice; please
remit the total amount due within 30 days of registration date by mailing a check to RSC

account by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, by calling 916 963 2500.
Our change, cancellation, and refund policy. There are no refunds.
You may change or cancel your registration up to 7 days prior to the start of the conference, workshop, event, or dorm reservation.
Changes or cancellations less than 7 days or less prior to the start date will not result in any credit or refund.
All changes and cancellations must be communicated via email at email@example.com. If you change or cancel in accordance with these timelines and policies, and you have already paid in full, the amount paid, less any amounts paid for meals, will be available as a credit to be used toward a future event, conference, workshop, or dorm reservation, within one year of the original registration date; there is no cash value to any credit issued.
