We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Purchase Orders and Title II from schools.
Purchase Orders and Title II are accepted only from schools and groups. Purchase Order and Title II terms are NET 30 from registration date. You will not receive an invoice; please remit the total amount due within 30 days of registration date by mailing a check to RSC Payments, 9200 Fair Oaks Boulevard, Fair Oaks, California 95628. You may also settle your account by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, by calling 916 963 2500.
Our change, cancellation, and refund policy. There are no refunds. All changes and cancellations must be communicated via email at conf@steinercollege.edu. If you change or cancel in accordance with these timelines and policies, and you have already paid in full, the amount paid will be available as a credit to be used toward a future event, conference, workshop, meal packages or dorm reservation, within one year of the original start date; if you have not already paid in full, payment for the full amount is due and once paid in full, the amount will be available as a credit to be used toward a future event, conference, workshop, meal package or dorm reservation, within one year of the original start date. You may change or cancel your registration for conferences, workshops, events, or dorm reservations up to 7 days prior to the start of the conference, workshop, event, or dorm reservation. Changes or cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start date will not result in any credit issued. You may change or cancel your registration for meal packages up to 14 days prior to the start of the related conference, workshop, or event. Changes or cancellations for meal packages less than 14 days prior to the start date will not result in any credit issued. RSC may substitute off-campus accommodations in lieu of dorms or issue you a refund, at its sole discretion. There is no cash value to any credit issued.
